Inspired by the travels of our three founders, who discovered the richness of Pale Ales abroad, this beer was born from a desire: to offer the Swiss an alternative to soulless industrial beers.

Gluten Free, but Still with Character

Since November 2023, the Stirling isgluten free, and yet,its original taste remains intact.

Thanks to a deglutenization process based on enzymes which eliminate gluten during fermentation,each batch is testedto guarantee a rate of less than 5 ppm, which allows us to proudly affix itthe “Gluten Free” label.

This actuallyan ideal option for celiacs and intolerants, but also for anyone looking for a beereasier to digest, without sacrificing fun.
