Our History

End 2013

THE BEGINNINGS OF ZEPPELIN

We quit our jobs and found a small place in a basement in Flon, just below the MAD and its big clubbing nights. An offbeat atmosphere with a Prohibition feel, a 60L tank, three childhood friends: the Nébuleuse was born!

Early 2014

VILLARS SAINTE-CROIX

We take off from Flon and finally land, somewhat by chance, in Villars-Sainte-Croix at a local brewery. No more sounds of MAD, make way for the silence of the Vaud countryside! This calm allows us to finalize our first recipe: the Stirling, still brewed today.

Early 2015

TAKEOFF IN RENENS

Too cramped in the countryside, we decided to park our big zeppelin in Renens and build our brewery in the old premises of the IRL printing house. With a brand new brewing system, a crew of 7 employees and super bold projects, our brewery has always maintained the same philosophy since 2014: Craft Beer, Swiss Made.

Early 2018

LANDING AT CLOSEL 1

The growing demand for our craft beers made it clear that it was time to step up a gear.

We moved to Chemin du Closel 1 , a larger space that allowed us to install more fermentation tanks. This expansion gave us the capacity to brew up to 3,000,000 liters per year, responding to the growing enthusiasm of our customers.

2022

LET THE BINCH FLOW!

The team continues to grow and we are proud to offer our beers throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with the aim of becoming THE essential brewery for French-speaking Swiss .

Thanks to the unwavering support of our loyal customers since our beginnings, we have had the honor of providing emblematic events such as the Le Festival de la Cité or the Junior Olympic Games . Partners of the City of Lausanne, we are now present on a daily basis in the lives of the French-speaking Swiss, a success of which we are particularly proud.
