The story of la Stirling

The Pale Ale that started it all

There Stirling, it's more than a beer. It's the very origin of La Nébuleuse, our very first creation, the one that marked the beginning of this brewing adventure in 2014. Inspired by the travels of our three founders, who discovered the richness of Pale Ales abroad, this beer was born from a desire: to offer the Swiss an alternative to soulless industrial beers.

Its beer style

Gluten Free, but Still with Character

Since November 2023, the Stirling is gluten free, and yet, its original taste remains intact.

Thanks to a deglutenization process based on enzymes which eliminate gluten during fermentation, each batch is tested to guarantee a rate of less than 5 ppm, which allows us to proudly affix it the “Gluten Free” label.

This actually an ideal option for celiacs and intolerants, but also for anyone looking for a beer easier to digest, without sacrificing fun.
