History of this beer

A name inspired by prohibition and our clandestine beginnings

The nameSpeakeasyrefers to the hidden bars that proliferated in the United States during Prohibition, secret places where people came to enjoy alcoholic beverages away from prying eyes. A nod to our beginnings, when we brewed our first beers in a discreet basement in the Flon district of Lausanne. Just like these secret bars, the Speakeasy knows how to be discreet but will captivate you from the first sip.

This style, originally from the United States, combines all the aromatic character of a classic IPA with a low alcohol content, making this beer ideal for those looking for freshness and taste without excess.
