With the opening of his restaurant Sando Street Food in Geneva, chef Danny Khezzar, finalist of Top Chef 2023 , asked us to create a personalized beer in his image.

This is how Sheesh Lager was born from this collaboration. A unique design, available exclusively in his restaurant in Geneva.

This thirst-quenching, light and refreshing beer reveals floral and herbaceous notes. Everything you would expect from a real thirst-quenching beer!

Beer style

Why not call Zepp " Bavarian Pilsner "? Until 2022, only a beer brewed in Pilsen (Plzeň), Czech Republic, could claim that name.

The "Pils" or "Pilsner" style is characterized by a generous dose of hops. Zepp, although being a Bavarian Pilsner, keeps for the moment the name of "Craft Lager" to be understood by the general public. A thirst-quenching beer, made according to the rules of the art, with love and passion.

Design

Zepp’s design is as unique as its taste. The greyhound and camel on the label pay homage to the city of Pilsen , the birthplace of this legendary beer style. The dreamcatcher symbolizes the bohemian spirit of Eastern Europe, a nod to its origins.
