Choosing a beer from a range you don't know is a bit like playing roulette. With the Discovery Pack, there's no gamble: you taste everything. All eight beers from our permanent range, gathered in one pack, so you can form your own opinion bottle by bottle.
This is the pack we wholeheartedly recommend to those who are visiting our brewery for the first time. You discover your favorites, you rule out what doesn't appeal to you, and on your next order, you know exactly what to put in your cart. Clever, right?
Eight stops, from takeoff to the stratosphere
Each style has its character, its intensity, its personality, and the order in which you discover them truly changes the experience. Start with the most powerful and your taste buds, saturated with hops, will no longer detect much of the more delicate ones.
So here's a brewer's tip: taste in increasing order of intensity, from the lightest to the strongest. Your palate remains fresh to appreciate the nuances of the first ones, and builds up power bottle after bottle until the grand finale. This is exactly how we organize our tastings at the brewery, and it is in this order that we present the itinerary below
Stop 1: Diversion IPA (0.5%)
We're taking off gently with our non-alcoholic IPA. All the aroma of hops, zero compromise on taste, and you can still get back behind the wheel.
Stop 2: Alternative (2.5%)
The light beer that has it all. Refreshing, easy to drink, perfect when the evening is just getting started.
Stop 3: Speakeasy by Danny Khezzar (4.0%)
Our Session IPA created with Michelin-starred chef Danny Khezzar. Aromatic, fresh, and dangerously drinkable.
Stopover 4: Zepp' (4.5%)
The house lager, the one that gave our airship its name. Clean, crisp, the classic that everyone agrees on.
Stop 5: Moonshine (5.0%)
Our iconic white ale, silky and full of freshness. A ray of moonlight in your glass.
Stop 6: Stirling (5.3%)
A gluten-free Pale Ale that proves you can brew without wheat or compromise. Fruity, balanced, formidable.
Stopover 7: Ambush (6.4%)
Our strong IPA. The hops set a trap for you: assertive bitterness and an explosion of aromas. You didn't see it coming.
Stop 8: Double Oat (8.0%)
The apotheosis. A Double IPA with oats, round, powerful and generous in hops. The last stop on the journey, and what a stop it is.
