Malt Capone

Malt Capone is making a grand comeback. A historic beer from La Nébuleuse, among our very first recipes, now perfected and refined down to the smallest detail. Discontinued since 2021, it returns in its original version, more refined than ever, and it's all because you've asked for it so much.

Deep black with mahogany highlights. On the nose, enchanting aromas of roasted coffee, Bourbon vanilla, and dark chocolate, with a subtle woody touch reminiscent of old speakeasies.

On the palate, the attack is smooth, before a surge of roasted malts. It reveals notes of cocoa, vanilla, and toasted rye, balanced by the warmth of bourbon. The finish is long, silky, and slightly smoky.

Malt Capone is the art of winter comfort in a glass: to be enjoyed by the fireplace, paired with a chocolate dessert or a good cigar with friends.
