Speakeasy

A name inspired by prohibition and our clandestine beginnings

The name Speakeasy refers to the hidden bars that proliferated in the United States during Prohibition, secret places where people came to enjoy alcoholic beverages away from prying eyes.

A nod to our beginnings, when we brewed our first beers in a discreet basement in the Flon district of Lausanne.

Just like these secret bars, the Speakeasy knows how to be discreet but will captivate you from the first sip.

The Speakeasy is a Session IPA that embodies the spirit of lightness and pleasure.

This style, originating from the United States, combines all the aromatic character of a classic IPA with a low alcohol content, making this beer ideal for those looking for freshness and taste without excess.

We renamed it Light IPA so that it is immediately recognizable and accessible to all beer lovers.

The Speakeasy pairs perfectly with spices, especially Thai Or asian kitchen.

Its fresh and fruity notes balance and enhance the spicy flavors. But this beer doesn't stop there.

It is also ideal with a summer salad, meats or light fish. Not forgetting that it is perfect to enjoy on its own, as a sunny aperitif.

The design of the Speakeasy is not left to chance. The butler flamingo perfectly embodies the idea that this beer can be served anywhere: light, discreet but memorable for those who know it.

The flowers and water lilies, present on the label, symbolize its softness and lightness, a reminder of its pleasant and easy-to-drink side.
