This creation took us on a sensory journey where tropical fruits orchestrated their aromatic symphony. Very fruity, as one knowledgeable taster rightly pointed out, it unfolded its exotic score with the relaxed elegance we all know. A perfect balance between thirst-quenching freshness and a burst of flavor—exactly what you need to brighten up a sunny terrace.

The name wasn't chosen at random: like the British band's legendary riffs, this beer made an impression from the very first notes. A composition that instantly transported you to distant shores.

The story

Tropical Zepp was part of our exploration of exotic flavors—a perpetual quest that drives us to unearth the best harmonies between brewing tradition and tropical audacity. The concept was simple: create a taste escape that works as well on the terrace as it does in the musical cellar.

This beer embodied our philosophy of sensory travel. We wanted to capture that special feeling of summer afternoons when anything seems possible. A liquid trip that would make you forget the Swiss gloom for just one sip.

Evolution

The Zepp universe hasn't said its last word! This fruity creation gave birth to our current Zepp' - same rock reference, totally different approach . Like a band revisiting its classics in acoustic version, we kept the Led Zeppelin riff but transposed it into a traditional Pilsner register. Our Zepp' of today (noble hops, lager finesse) is the perfect antithesis of its tropical ancestor - proof that the same name can carry beer universes at the antipodes.

Food and beer pairings

Tropical Zepp thrived on Asian fusion cuisine : shrimp pad Thai, chicken green curry, and tropical fruit sushi. Its fruity freshness created bold flavor bridges with sweet spices and coconut milk-based preparations. For the more adventurous, try pairing it with a seafood and mango salad —the harmony was striking.
