White Diversion Pack

Craft white | 0.5% ABV

All the taste of a real white beer. Zero excuses for the morning after.

Diversion is our snub at 0.5%: a fresh, silky, and characterful white that has nothing to envy its boozy big sisters. For this new version, we handed the keys to Danny Khezzar, who twisted it with a peach iced tea infusion.

The result? A refreshing sip that evokes endless summers, with no added sugar or a hint of compromise. Drink freely. Cheers! 🍻

The story of the White Diversion Pack

Diversion is first and foremost the non-alcoholic alternative to our famous Moonshine: the same desire for freshness, but in a version that allows you to get back behind the wheel. For this brew, we thought bigger and handed over our vats to Danny Khezzar, chef of the Michelin-starred Bayview restaurant in Geneva and finalist of Top Chef 2023, a great lover of infusions of all kinds. Assisted by tea master Arnaud Bachelin (Teabo), our brewers drew up a list of ingredients, and a favourite quickly emerged, one that Danny had had in mind from the start: cold peach tea. A choice that is anything but insignificant in our latitudes, where peach iced tea is a true Proustian madeleine for entire generations. Two worlds, one vat, fine gastronomy meets brewing creativity. And that speaks to us.

Its beer style

Though it appears to be a simple thirst-quenching beer, Diversion is a Belgian-inspired wheat beer brewed according to tradition. The wheat malt gives it that characteristic soft body and roundness, with the citrus freshness typical of the style, where too many non-alcoholic beers fall flat. The entire feat lies in its gentle de-alcoholization: it caps at 0.5% without ever compromising on taste. Its fruity touch completes the picture, with no added sugar, for a clean and refreshing finish.

Its beer and food pairings

Light and fruity, La Diversion can be enjoyed anywhere you want to take it easy without sacrificing pleasure. It works wonders with a Sunday brunch, a summer salad, grilled fish, or a zesty ceviche. Its freshness also stands up to spicy cuisines and Asian flavors, and subtly complements fresh cheese at the end of a meal. A beer worthy of a fine dining table, even on evenings when you've traded alcohol for clarity. Naturally, it was conceived by a Michelin-starred chef.

Its label

The label brings together the two worlds of this collaboration. It features the cloud, La Nébuleuse's signature, and the ripe peach that announces the infusion at the heart of the recipe. On the culinary side, Danny's nod is everywhere: his portrait on the bottle, a spoon and a whisk floating around. And everywhere, little mascot-version Dannys, recognizable by their blond buns, glide over the peach and dive into the foam. A label that doesn't take itself too seriously, just like the beer.
