Diversion IPA

The creation of the Diversion was not without surprises. In our very first test brew, we learned the hard way that to prevent re-fermentation, the beer had to be pasteurized. Without this step, our first Diversion came in at3% alcoholinstead of 0.5%. Oops! Today, it is perfectly mastered, and you can enjoy it without surprises.

A non-alcoholic beer, but full of taste

Thanks to special yeasts that allow fermentationvery slow, we managed to brew a beer with almost no alcohol, but with all thecharacterand thearomasof a true IPA. Tropical notes ofmangoand ofpassion fruit, accompanied by a hint of citrus in every sip, ending with a fruity and refreshing finish.

Diversion pairs wonderfully with exotic and slightly spicy dishes.Its tropical notes of mango and passion fruitcome to enhance and soften strong flavors, whether in Thai cuisine or more classic recipes.
