The Pale Ale that started it all

ThereStirling, it's more than a beer. It's the very origin of La Nébuleuse, our very first creation, the one that marked the beginning of this brewing adventure in 2014. Inspired by the travels of our three founders, who discovered the richness of Pale Ales abroad, this beer was born from a desire: to offer French-speaking Swiss an alternative to soulless industrial beers.

An Evolving Recipe for an Exceptional Beer

Since its launch, Stirling has continued to evolve. That's the magic of a craft brewery: adjusting the recipe to always enhance the experience.

Did you know that Pale Ales are often amber? Initially, the Stirling had a beautiful copper color. But, through listening and observation, we refined its color. Brew after brew, it gradually became lighter, to make it more accessible, while retaining its aromatic depth.

Gluten Free, but Still with Character

Since November 2023, Stirling has been gluten-free, yet its original taste remains intact. Thanks to a deglutenisation process based on enzymes that eliminate gluten during fermentation, each batch is tested to guarantee a level of less than 5 ppm, which allows us to proudly label it “Gluten-Free”.

This makes it an ideal option for coeliacs and intolerants, but also for anyone looking for a beer that is easier to digest, without sacrificing pleasure.

Stirling pairs wonderfully with light grills, chicken, burgers or seafood such as lobster and crayfish. This gluten-free Pale Ale will enhance any dish with its fruity touch and balanced character.
