Diversion - Alcohol Free

The creation of the Diversion was not without surprises. In our very first test brew, we learned the hard way that to prevent re-fermentation, the beer had to be pasteurized. Without this step, our first Diversion came in at 3% alcohol instead of 0.5%. Oops! Today, it is perfectly mastered, and you can enjoy it without surprises.

A non-alcoholic beer, but full of taste

Thanks to special yeasts that allow fermentation very slow, we managed to brew a beer with almost no alcohol, but with all the character and the aromas of a true IPA. Tropical notes of mango and of passion fruit, accompanied by a hint of citrus in every sip, ending with a fruity and refreshing finish.

Diversion pairs wonderfully with exotic and slightly spicy dishes. Its tropical notes of mango and passion fruit come to enhance and soften strong flavors, whether in Thai cuisine or more classic recipes.

This non-alcoholic IPA doesn't stop there: it also goes very well with a fresh salad, white meats or grilled fish. And for those who like to enjoy it in all simplicity, The Diversion is very enjoyable on its own, during a sunny aperitif or after sport.
