Diversion

The creation of the Diversion was not without its surprises. During our very first test brew, we learned the hard way that to avoid any re-fermentation, the beer had to be pasteurized. Without this step, our first Diversion was at3% alcoholinstead of 0.5%. Oops! Today, it is perfectly mastered, and you can enjoy it without surprises.

The design of the Diversion evokes thewonderland, a nod to the magic of enjoying a beer that is this good, but without alcohol. Its captivating visual universe reflects the experience it offers: as surprising as it is delicious.
