History of this beer

But why this name? “Moonshine” was the term used for contraband alcohol during prohibition in the United States. A nod to our beginnings in a cellar in the Flon district of Lausanne, where, like beer smugglers, we brewed our first creations in pots, lit by the moonlight. A nice reference to our beginnings.
