The Pale Ale that started it all

There Stirling, it's more than a beer. It's the very origin of La Nébuleuse, our very first creation, the one that marked the beginning of this brewing adventure in 2014. Inspired by the travels of our three founders, who discovered the richness of Pale Ales abroad, this beer was born from a desire: to offer the Swiss an alternative to soulless industrial beers.

Since its launch, Stirling has continued to evolve. That's the magic of a craft brewery: adjusting the recipe to always enhance the experience.

Gluten Free, but Still with Character

Since November 2023, the Stirling is gluten free, and yet, its original taste remains intact.

Thanks to a deglutenization process based on enzymes which eliminate gluten during fermentation, each batch is tested to guarantee a rate of less than 5 ppm, which allows us to proudly affix it the “Gluten Free” label.

This actually an ideal option for celiacs and intolerants, but also for anyone looking for a beer easier to digest, without sacrificing fun.

The Stirling pairs wonderfully with light grills, chicken, a burger or even seafood such as lobsters and crayfish.

This Gluten Free Pale Ale will enhance every dish with its fruity touch and balanced character.

The design of the Stirling is as bold as its taste.

The orange and the carnivorous plant which adorn the label recall the tangy freshness and biting character of this Pale Ale.

The barometer echoes the genesis of beer, when our first brews released thick plumes of steam, a nod to the inventive spirit of stirling engine.

The hop-shaped comets, they symbolize the aromatic flight and cosmic energy which animate this recipe.

Eventually the octopus evokes the sprawling complexity of its flavors.
