Our new ephemere is a 6% modern IPA honouring the East Coast. Brewed with modern hops (Ekuanot, Citra), a ton of oats and the famous yeast London Ale, Hold Hop is a clear aromatic explosion. Juicy, Hazy, with a slight bitterness kicking your face at the end, our new ephemere is here to welcome the spring !
